Walk to EX4R
If you need assistance in improving your gait we can give you specific gait retraining and balance exercises so as to improve your mobility, balance and confidence in walking.
There are so many beautiful places to walk in Sydney to put these gait retraining skills into practice and improve your cardiovascular health. We think it's great to spend time in nature as well.
It could be simply taking a walk in your local park.
We'll add some ideas and would like to hear about some of yours as well.

The coastal walk from Coogee Beach to Bondi Beach is a popular track on an uneven surface with stairs.
The track can be done in sections, for example starting at Clovelly instead of Coogee with a stop at Bronte or Tamarama Beach.
Manly is a beautiful place to exercise for resilience.
There is a sealed track mainly on flat ground next to the beach for walking.
The Manly Beach track to Spit Bridge track is on an uneven surface with stairs and for more experienced walkers.

The Bay Run is mainly a sealed track on a flat surface and can be completed as a loop or also done in sections as shown on the diagrams.

The walk from Manly Wharf to Little Manly and Collins Beach takes about 30 mins at a moderate pace and is also hosts a lovely swimming area.

Another favourite place others have told us about includes The Bay Run in Drummoyne.

In the inner west of Sydney a walking track that traverses the Glebe foreshore can be taken from Rozelle to Glebe.
This is a sealed track on an uneven surface.
