Kayak to EX4R

If walking is not achievable for you or you'd like to try exercise for the upper body then consider kayaking. It's a way to diversify and cross train.  Again, we think that you'll benefit from exercising in nature as well.

You can also launch your kayak on the esplanade western side of the ferry terminal at Manly Wharf.

Point Piper lies between Rose Bay and Darling Point and is another popular place in Sydney to paddle.

If you're in the Blue Mountains and would like an easy paddle west of Sydney you can use the Wentworth Falls Lake next to the picnic area.

Manly is a popular place to kayak.  You can launch on the esplanade just east of the ferry terminal and paddle around to the Quarantine Station via Collins Beach.

You can kayak from the Spit Bridge or from Balmoral Beach

Launch your kayak at Claireville Beach and paddle up to Palm Beach.

Take a kayak down to the south coast of Sydney to Wallaga Lake between Narooma and Bermagui. This is also a fishing spot.

From Swallows Rock Grays Point  you can paddle to Audley Weir in the Royal National Park.
