Recovery coaching and creative exercise for resilience

In the book, "Healing Fear" Edmund Bourne talks of the importance of using music, art and literature to uplift and inspire us which can help to heal the anxiety we experience.

In "The Body Keeps the Score", Bessel van der Kolk explains how drama and theatre can be used to rewire the limiting beliefs by those who have experienced trauma.

Paul draws on both of these ideas in recovery coaching for those with a psychosocial disability encouraging you to engage in arts practice and by attending performing and creative arts events.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Studies & English as well as a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology from the University of NSW. He studied Musical Theatre at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts and acting at The Actors Centre Sydney and the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in London.
